Exclusive Render of a New Residential Complex in Teplichny by DEWELL Group
A new residential complex will be built next to the Country housing estate, closer to the Yabloni Park cottage community.

I’ve already mentioned several times that the area around the Teplichny greenhouse complex is becoming a new growth point for the city, and almost all local developers are planning projects there. DEWELL is no exception.
The new residential complex will consist of six buildings — four 8-story towers and two mid-rise blocks with two entrances each. Apartment sizes will range from 37.5 to 73.5 square meters. The ground floors will feature commercial spaces, which this area is currently lacking.

One of the highlights I can share is individual heating in every apartment. Very convenient. For example, last winter we didn’t turn on the heating at all — not even for a day. Accordingly, we didn’t pay for it either. Future residents will be able to control their home climate themselves.
From my perspective, the neighborhood is shaping up to be quite cozy, if I may say so. Developers aren’t trying to cram the maximum number of floors and buildings into every square meter.
Country is a pretty pleasant complex, although I’m not a fan of bright building colors. By contrast, DEWELL’s project — its name not yet revealed — looks neat and minimalist, with ample space between the buildings. Again, the building height is modest, and the color palette is more to my taste.
Apartment sales are expected to open by the end of this year — as early as November.
As soon as more details appear on the Nash Dom website, I’ll return to the topic.
P.S. I’m sure you noticed that across from Country and DEWELL’s new residential complex, fields are already marked for future development. I checked: there is a master plan for the area, but it is only advisory in nature. No concrete projects have been confirmed yet.
