Relevant as of the time of publication. As I often say, “seek and you shall find” — that’s how I came across this photo in the account of Natalia Lysenko, an expert in etiquette, table setting, and service.

My personal set for the evening:
✔️ Signature pizza “Far Niente”;
✔️ Vitello tonnato;
✔️ Arancini with salmon;
✔️ Ravioli with duck, pumpkin, and mousse.

An interesting menu. I expected the prices to be somewhat higher than those listed in the current version.

I would like to note several types of risotto (3 items) and arancini in three variations: eel, salmon, prosciutto.
